Why We Exist

Truvi, formerly Superhog, was founded in 2019 to solve a problem most property managers didn't realize they had:

They were making high-stakes decisions about who stays in their properties based on almost no real information.

Platform “verification” systems are designed to maximize bookings, not minimize risk. Guests verified years ago can change their profile details—including their names—without re-verification. Property managers accept bookings trusting badges and outdated checks, with no visibility into what those verifications actually mean or when they occurred.

We saw property managers trapped in platform dependency, surrendering control over their most critical business decision: who gets access to their properties. We built Truvi to give them back that control.
