Our Damage waiver is putting the money in your hands to choose where the money goes, whether it be updating wear and tear or cleaning the rug. Please note that theft and malicious damage are not covered by our damage waiver.

Truvi offers three Damage Waiver solutions, each with different fee structures:

  • Basic Waiver: Truvi takes a 20% operation fee from the waiver amount, with the remaining 80% returned to you.
  • Waiver Plus: Your guest pays Truvi a flat fee (e.g., $35), and Truvi covers damages up to a specified limit (e.g., $500).
  • Waiver Pro: You pay Truvi a nightly fee, and Truvi covers the guest’s first $500 in damages.
